Frequently Asked Questions

These are general, site-wide FAQs. For full planning (steps, checklists, scenarios), open the pillar guides below.

Are your babysitters certified professionals?
Our babysitters are experienced Vietnamese mothers with years of hands-on childcare experience. While they may not hold formal certifications, they bring genuine patience, careful routines, and attentive supervision to keep children safe and comfortable.
Do your babysitters speak English?
Most babysitters speak basic English for essential needs. If your family prefers higher fluency, we can match you with a nanny who has stronger communication skills depending on availability.
What is the difference between a babysitter and a nanny?
A babysitter usually supports short sessions (a few hours) focused on safety, routines, and calm play. A nanny often supports longer blocks (daily/weekly) with consistent routines, planning, and ongoing family support. If you're deciding, start with: Hourly, Daily, or Weekly.
How do I book a babysitter?
You can book online here, or contact us via WhatsApp/Zalo. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance (earlier for holidays/weekends).
Can I request babysitting at night or during weekends?
Yes — we support evenings, weekends, and (when possible) overnight care. For smoother matching, send your preferred hours and location early via WhatsApp.
How last-minute can I book?
We can sometimes support same-day requests if a caregiver is nearby and available. For the best chance, message WhatsApp with: date, start/end time, hotel/villa name, child age(s), and number of children.
Do you care for infants or newborns?
Yes, we can support infants and newborns depending on availability and your preferences. Please share your baby’s age, feeding routine, sleep habits, and any medical notes so we can match the right caregiver.
Can I book babysitting for more than one child?
Yes. The best fit depends on the children’s ages and needs. For families with more than 2 children, please contact us directly so we can recommend the safest setup (sometimes a second caregiver is best).
Where is the babysitting service available?
We provide care in Hoi An and Da Nang. Nannies come directly to your hotel, resort, villa, or apartment. (Local info: Hoi AnDa Nang)
Do hotels or resorts allow a babysitter to enter the room?
Most properties allow it, but policies vary. We recommend informing reception/security in advance and confirming the room number, visitor rules, and ID requirements. For more planning tips, see: Hotel & resort pillar.
What should I prepare before the babysitter arrives?
A quick checklist helps: child’s routine, snacks/meal plan, nap items, diapers/wipes (if needed), emergency contact, and any “do/don’t” rules. If you’re at a hotel, share reception instructions and room access details.
How does pricing work for multiple kids?
Pricing is based on your care type (hourly/daily/weekly/hotel-resort) and the number of children. For the fastest quote, send: date, hours, child age(s), and number of kids via WhatsApp. Full planning guides: Hourly, Daily, Weekly.
Are there extra charges for late-night hours or holidays?
Late-night, early morning, peak dates, or special requests may affect the quote depending on availability and travel distance. Message your schedule and location so we can confirm the final pricing clearly before you book.
Do you offer screen-free activities or paid add-on experiences?
Yes. We can do calm, screen-free play by default, and you can also request optional add-on activities that may require preparation and materials (so please request early). Explore ideas here: Kid Activities pillar.
What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Travel plans change — we understand. Please message us as early as possible to reschedule. Cancellation handling depends on timing and whether a caregiver has already reserved the slot/travel. For the cleanest solution, send your booking details on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the best option.
Can the babysitter take kids outside (cafés, playgrounds, walks)?
We can support gentle outings depending on age, location, weather, and your preferences. Please confirm permissions and any boundaries (where to go, transport rules, snacks, and contact method).
